The VIRA Engineering Water-Air Bubble Separator is designed for efficient removal of light impurities and suspended particles using a flotation separation principle. The system combines a centrifugal bubble separating mechanism with an auxiliary flotation system, ensuring both large and fine bubbles are separated effectively.

Air and water are introduced under controlled pressure to generate micro-bubbles, which attach to light particles and impurities, lifting them to the overflow outlet. Clean material settles to the bottom, while floating impurities are continuously removed.
