The VIRA Engineering Vibrating Screen is a highly efficient screening solution designed for large-capacity material classification in industries such as mining, metallurgy, coal, cement, chemicals, and construction materials. It operates on the principle of vibration generated by a vibration motor, counterweight, or eccentric drive, which creates an excitation force transferred to the screen box via springs.

As material enters the feed port, it is agitated and stratified while moving across the inclined screen surface. Particles of different sizes pass through screen decks, achieving accurate separation and high throughput.
