The VIRA Engineering Ribbon Blender is designed for homogeneous mixing of dry powders, granules, and blends. It consists of a U-shaped trough fitted with inner and outer helical ribbons, rotating in opposite directions to create a triple-action mixing process: radial, cross, and lateral movement of material.

Available in mild steel or stainless steel construction, it can be customized with heating/cooling jackets, vacuum options, and sanitary designs for food and pharma applications.
