The VIRA Engineering Impact Pulverizer is designed for fine grinding and micro-pulverization of a wide range of materials. It consists of a swinging hammer rotor assembly, a whizzer classifier for particle size control, and a cyclone separator with dust collector for clean operation.

The grinding process is achieved by impact between high-speed hammers and liners, reducing material into fine powder. Oversized particles are automatically returned for regrinding, ensuring uniform fineness.
