The VIRA Engineering Muller Mixer is a heavy-duty mixing machine designed for grinding, mixing, and homogenizing powders, pastes, and granules. The mixing pan is robustly fabricated, supported on a steel frame, with cast iron rollers overlapping to ensure complete coverage and no material left unground. Rollers run on ball bearings with sealed protection, powered by a two-stage oil-filled gearbox and electric motor for reliable performance.
Pan Mixer & Intensive Mixer
The VIRA Engineering Pan Mixer is designed for homogeneous mixing of concrete, mortar, and industrial powders. The mixer works by rotating paddles in a circular pan, ensuring uniform mixing. Discharge is controlled by manual or automatic systems.
Ribbon Blender
The VIRA Engineering Ribbon Blender is designed for homogeneous mixing of dry powders, granules, and blends. It consists of a U-shaped trough fitted with inner and outer helical ribbons, rotating in opposite directions to create a triple-action mixing process: radial, cross, and lateral movement of material.
Paddle Mixer (Single & Double Shaft)
The VIRA Engineering Paddle Mixer is a horizontal mixer equipped with curved paddles mounted on one or two shafts. It ensures turbulent material movement and allows direct liquid addition for coating or binding processes. Available in single shaft or double shaft designs, it guarantees high mixing uniformity in a short time.
Counter Current Mixer
The VIRA Engineering Counter Current Mixer is designed on the counterflow principle, where mixing tools rotate opposite to the rotating pan. This high-energy mixing process ensures fast, uniform, and de-nodulized mixing, even for refractory and heavy materials.
